Report on wheelchair donation in Raad at the closing ceremony of the 31 st charity market

According to the department of public relations of Raad Charity Complex, in the final hours of Closing ceremony of Raad charity market, the market that has been well received by the giving Citizens of Tehran, Salar Moussavi donated 4 wheelchairs as a symbolic act to Mansoureh Panahi, The managing director at Raad.

Salar Moussavi one of the director in the Hastamet society (  a charitable association where the Proceeds from selling water bottle caps are used to purchase wheelchairs for the disabled ) Stated : helping the disabled ,supporting the environment and public service has been one of his lifelong dream and today with the inauguration of Hastamet society , this dream has come To life.

He added: all citizens contribute to this charitable act by recycling the water bottle caps and bringing them to the specified centers across the city. As a result 5 wheelchairs were purchased and 4 of them are donated to  Raad Complex.

Mansoureh Panahi also stated that not all the disabled people require a wheelchair, some Have other distinctive needs that demands other forms of care.
