Raad women cooperative groups started its work in 1994 based on the human beings aims through making relationship between Raad charity organization and the organizations related to interested and beneficent people and acted upon the related regulation.
History and Group introduction

Raad Youth cooperative group was established in 1995 for Iran’s youth organization and deal with Raad charity organization. This group is one of the Raad organization’s arms which are active in achieving Raad excellent cultural and educational aims along with other groups. From 13 years ago, this group could organize youths various specialties and amicable morale reinforcement and workgroups among its members in order to make its missions real and support charitable programs and activities of the main cultural complex of Raad since the beginning of the youth group.


Activities 
Cooperation groups of Raad young people has five main missions, which defines the following words: 

* An appropriate ground for the young people through participation in social and cultural affairs
* Attract and introduce he detectors to the organization 
* Identify and help to achieve job opportunities for Raad graduates 
* Attracting and directing public resources to aid charities in order to continue and develop organizations’ activities 
* Cooperation in various activities through the formation of complex and specialized working groups

Raad youth cooperation group strived very hard to empower the disabled people during the past years and welcome other Iranian youth to cooperate with them and appreciate them.


Membership Conditions:
Membership in the youth group is as follows. 

1. Citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran 
2. Believe in and commitment to the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran 
3. Having at least 15 years old
4. Regulations and General Group letter acceptance 
5. Membership Application Form filled out
6. Commitment to the principles of moral discipline and youth groups 
7. All applicants should fill out the application form at first and after getting the membership card, they can get the youth group form from the organization


Raad women cooperative groups started its work in 1994 based on the human beings aims through making relationship between Raad charity organization and the organizations related to interested and beneficent people and acted upon the related regulation.

The group meetings are run regularly each Monday in Raad charity buildings in Tehran. The activity domain of the group is throughout the country and abroad. Its most important roles are:

1-Attracting people’s help through charity bazaars and similar programmes in accordance with the principles of Raad organization leaflet.

2-Guiding potential and existing charity sources in align with organization’s activities development and continuances.

3-Recognizing and introducing the disabled persons to the organization which are based on the organization’s principles acceptance.

4-Partipating in exhibitions, bazaars, seminars in order to introduce Raad organization and its activities.

5-Aiding services such as medical needs, food packages

6-Participating in gathering meetings in Raad organization

7-Establishing workshops and various educational classes for group members potential increasing

8-Partiicping in NGOs

In March of each year, the group makes regulate the work calendar till the end of the year. the programmes are as follows: two bazaars, several food ceremonies, various concerts, 12 of Azar festival(disabled day), Ramezan nights programmes, various scientific and cultural lecturers.

Women group members have established work committees like advertisements, social work, instruction, fund public attraction, research and finance. The members are active in different committees based on their specialties.


Membership conditions:

In Raad women group, people acceptance is consistent, dependant and free.

A-Consistent members are those who are accepted on behalf of another member group introduction .they have enough time to cooperate with the organization

B-dependant members are benefactors who are invited to cooperate voluntarily

C-Free members are those with special scientific, cultural and social characteristics which are accepted through the chairman of the women group board of directors.
