The main objectives of this Department are as follow : Interaction and exchange of experiences and cooperation with the governmental and non-governmental organizations and the United Nations in the field of the Complex

The main objectives of this Department are as follow :

1 - Interaction and exchange of experiences and cooperation with the governmental and non-governmental organizations and the United Nations in the field of the Complex

2 – Gaining good assistance and cooperation around the country and abroad in order to help the disabled

With regard to the sublime objectives and the desired performance of the Ra’ad Rehabilitation and Training  Complex , the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Department of the Treasury after whole investigations and  after a relatively long bureaucratic process, so that is also common for the other charity organizations as well, issued licenses for the tax exemptions in order to receive donations by this Complex in America. In an effort to obtain these licenses as part of the regulatory requirements, The Ra’ad Complex in Virginia, called “friends of Ra’ad” , registered as a non-profit organization, and it has officially started its activities in State of Virginia.  By this registrations it means that any donations or contributions paid to the (Friends of Ra'ad) will be counted as of the tax expenses and is exempted from any taxes.

The Ra’ad Complex as a private and non-political institute was recognized as a member of the United Nation Information Centers (UNIC) in24th of March 1997.
