Hanieh Arab, disabled Writer: My third book, “Fly on the Wings of Love” would be printed soon.

The young artist and writer of “Hero of Life “and “Re-birth” which is suffering from Cerebral Palsy(CP) since her childbirth, has visited Ra’ad Complex with her parents.


 


Arab has attended undergraduate studies at NOOR TOUBA Virtual Law University and up to now has successfully completed 100 unit courses.  According to the report by the Raad Public relations: her collection of the short stories, “Hero of Life “and “Re-birth”, has been published during 1391 and 1392;. The report also continued: she has taken part by her “Life’s Smile” weblog at the first Paralyze and Virtual Space Festival that held by Ra’ad Charity Complex and ranked fourth place at this cultural events of disable community.



 


Describing how she got acquaintance with Ra’ad Charity Complex, Arab added: when I visited the Karaj Ra’ad Charity Complex, 4 of the trainees by seeing how progressive I am studying at university decided to continue their education at the Applied Sciences and Payame Noor Universities.



 


Hanieh Parents, that took their retirement from Ministry of Education, express their happiness of being at Ra’ad Charity and have donated a few of her daughters’ books to the charity complex.


 


Arab’s father by describing her daughter condition said: we were not aware of her disability until the 2nd year of her birth date that was deciding to refer to the doctor because of her immobility, although within the first 25th day of her childbirth she was supervised by devices to control her conditions. Her father continued: the doctor diagnosed Cerebral Palsy (CP) as a result of lack of oxygen on the birth date. We were done a number of surgeries and physical therapies, which none of them were taken effect.



 


He added, she was studied at Tavankhahan School so we had to live at Tehran until she finishes her high school. We immigrated to the Karaj after retirement of my wife and I and also graduation of Hanieh from high school.


 


She was continued her education by being graduate from Pre-university courses through virtual learning and finally could accepted at the entrance exam of many of universities such as Al-zahra. But because of her physical conditions she had to chose the virtual university of TOUBA for continuing her education.


 


Transportation difficulties is one of the problem she is dealing with that, her father added. We were seeking for the permission to enter to the Special Traffic Zone by attaching plate license that unfortunately couldn’t make it, because the ownership of our car has to be changed and is difficult for her to commute to the city for administrative formalities.


 



 


She is very active and motivated person and able to connect to everywhere by the computer, her mother added about her daughter’s talent. University professors, charitable institutions, and different associations are having connection with her and she is very interested to launch her own website in the near future.


 



 


Her mother mentioned about a memory of Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) entrance exam that when it was supposed to take computer test from my daughter, an interviewer told that it seems impossible to pass the exam with using only one finger and nobody has been attended in such a way. Our persistence acquiesced and finally she got the score 98 out of 100 that made officials surprised by the result.


 



 


Different parts of Ra’ad charity complex have been visited by Hanieh and her parents such as: training unit, workshop art, and music classes. Finally, thanks to the valuable efforts of Hanieh Arab, she was awarded a memorial plaque by Ms. Sedigheh Akbari, General Manager of Ra'ad Rehabilitation Charity Complex.
