Raad’s Athletes Were Invited to the Boccia National Team

Reporting by the Public Relations of Raad, Amir Barzegar, responsible of Tehran expedition team announced: Tehran adult team, winning 3 gold and 2 bronze medals in this tournament, won the first place and Tehran’s youth team won the second place.

In a phone conversation with the reporter of the Raad, responsible of Tehran expedition team, pointing to the presence of 16 teams from the provinces in this tournament, added: a total of 130 athletes in various categories and age classes took part in selection competitions of Boccia team and in the overall ranking and total scores, Tehran team won the second place.

Barzegar, Recalling that the first and fourth members of each sector will be invited to national Boccia team, added: from Raad in the class (Bc2), Amir Nikdad won the third position and from the same class, Amir Shirzadi won the forth position. In other words, Raad athletes joined the national Boccia team in this tournament.

Raad, kindly congratulate this national pride to the athletes, and also to Mohammad Bigdeli, the coach of the team, who has made his efforts for months, and hope to see the presence of these youth on the platforms of Asia and the World’s championship.
