Job information by registering in the disabled jobseeker database

Following establishment of  the Entrepreneurship and  Employment office of Raad Charity Complex, the Job Opportunity Database has been recently started  its work to facilitate the people with disability to register as jobseekers.

According to the report by the Raad Pubic Relations: This bank has been established in order to collect, store and process the information of the people with disability who are seeking job and also it will consider  not only their personal data but their educational background , professional and executive skills as well. Applicants will also record their physical conditions, movement limitations, the type and level of the mobility aids in the registration form, in case of any vacancy or the employer request for any disabled employment; it would be equipped with full data.

According to this report some employers have already started to employ people with disability and gain the benefits from them through the Job Opportunity Database, and this trend will accelerate which means it required to have a fast data processing of job seekers.
